SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Affordable Care. By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Affordable Care, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
Program Description
Affordable Care may send SMS and/or MMS text messages related to recruiting, job opportunities, application status, interview scheduling, hiring events, onboarding reminders, referral communications, and other employment-related communications.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By opting in, you authorize Affordable Care and its service providers to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided, including through automated technology where permitted by law.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of applying for employment, being considered for employment, purchasing goods or services, or otherwise doing business with Affordable Care.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Affordable Care, your application status, recruiting activity, hiring-event participation, or other employment-related communication needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.
We will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests, including replies such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or other language that reasonably communicates that you no longer wish to receive text messages.
After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Mobile Number Ownership
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number. If your mobile number changes, you agree to notify Affordable Care or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We use mobile numbers and messaging data to operate our text messaging program, communicate with you, maintain compliance records, and honor opt-out requests.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging services, comply with law, or support required business operations.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted at https://careers.affordablecare.com/sms-terms-of-service/ with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the text messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
